In order to provide our customers with a selection of larger birds to choose from, we raise a limited number of the familiar broad-breasted white turkeys in addition to our heritage birds. They too have been raised on our feed made with organic and Non-GMO grains, and they are also free-range, out on pasture with the heritage birds.
