These heritage turkeys are truly free-range, roaming our pasture at will, enjoying the grass, clover and grasshoppers!  We also mix our own fresh feed using organic and transitional grains. Our heritage turkeys are a smaller size bird than the commercial white, and have a more balanced body structure vs. the nearly "all-breast" commercial strains.

Broad-breasted White
Large: 18-22lb

In order to provide our customers with a selection of larger birds to choose from, we are raising a limited number of the familiar broad-breasted white turkeys in addition to our heritage birds. They too have been raised on our feed made with organic and transitional grains, and they are true free-range, out on pasture with the heritage birds.
