In order to provide our customers with a selection of larger birds to choose from, we are raising a limited number of the familiar broad-breasted white turkeys in addition to our Heritage birds. They too have been raised on our feed made with organic and transitional grains, and they are true free-range, out on pasture with the heritage birds. The birds are doing well so far this year, in spite of the heat.
